With increasing demand for a full build service, we have continued to improve our Turnkey Service. Aimed at realising your oak frame home dream with minimum amounts of your time involved, all matters are kept on track by our Turnkey Project Manager, James Buchanan. Most importantly we adhere to your initial budget, avoiding unexpected costs that so often affect self-build projects.
Custom Build
Alongside full build, we have also introduced the Custom Build Design Service, giving you complete control of your own house build project without having to find a build plot, gain planning permission or deal with utility providers to bring services to your plot. Custom Build starts with a serviced plot brought to you by us, ready to begin the construction of an oak frame home to your very own specification. The Oakwrights Custom Build option means you will have a knowledgeable team on-hand to assist and advise you, something that is not as apparent when managing your self-build project entirely yourself.
Our New Workshop
With the increased demand for our growing range of self-build products and services we have driven forward with the creation of a new workshop in order to streamline our service for you. Sitting alongside our current workshops, the new facility houses our softwood production and panel making staff in one building. This allows for more flexible working between the two lines ensuring that wall and roof panels will be finished simultaneously only improving our time efficiency!
Our widened range of products now includes installing windows, doors and skylights into the cassettes as well as services (cables and pipes) into the panels, keeping us at the forefront of panel making in the UK.
Our design and project teams will be housed in the custom built facility, fielding any queries from the workshop staff, allowing the design team to keep in touch with your project as it goes through production, who find it greatly rewarding seeing their hard work come to fruition for you.
