These include specialists that can find your plot for you, Architects who can evolve your ideas into stunning designs, and consultants with the contacts and expertise to help smooth the planning process.
Turnkey solutions
If you would like to take the stress out of self-building, our turnkey solution supports you every step of the way. We can provide you with an entire team from Architects through to civil engineers, electricians and builders. In other words, every trade you’ll need to deliver your new home, so you don’t have to worry about sourcing them yourself.
Flexible options
If you’d prefer to manage some elements of the build yourself, that’s fine with us too. You can choose to use as little or as much of our expertise as you like. For example, if you just wanted to source an oak frame, we can help you with that, and if you’d prefer to use your own team of tradesmen, we’ll work in partnership with them to drive your project forwards as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Added extras
If you require extra support or advice for elements not usually seen on a standard build, we can assist. Renewable energy systems, for example, are growing in popularity.
