One oak house style, eight oak frame design templates
Our Farmhouse range comprises eight oak frame home designs with aesthetics which combine rural architecture and countryside surroundings with simplicity, practicality and rustic charm.
Varying in size from 217.22 m2 to 394.27 m2, the farmhouses in this two storey range have a similar core form. An impressive oak porch welcomes you into three main oak framed bays, where at the very heart, you will discover a spacious, open-plan kitchen along with adjoining, cosy living areas that open out to the rear.
Each farmhouse design also benefits from a side entrance so you can easily access the ‘working spaces’, such as boot and cloakrooms. Careful consideration has been paid to ensure there is ample storage here to suit your needs, in addition to a utility room and a wet room, some of the templates detailed below include a pantry. You will also notice that the plant rooms are positioned outside to ensure optimum living space within.
While working with our teams to create the traditional or more contemporary interior design you have in mind, you will have the opportunity to surround your oak frame with one of our encapsulation systems, ensuring your future farmhouse will be highly energy efficient, insulated and airtight.
Our Farmhouse range combines a mixture of vernacular features and sympathetic materials to blend in with the surrounding context. Based on you and the planning requirements of your site, each design may be adapted to suit your particular context.
